Ho Ho Ho!

Christmas is always a busy and exciting time for us here at the studio with this year being no exception.  I have been busy photographing lots of lovely family portraits in December and have had some really beautiful baby and pregnancy shoots as well.  It’s now Christmas Eve and time for me to wish you all a safe, happy and fun Christmas and New Year.  Thanks to all my lovely clients through-out the year.  :)

We will be re-opening for business on the 5th Jan – see you then!

Nicola and Neil

Nicola and Neil opted to have their creative photography session before their ceremony, although in traditional fashion they spent the night apart and got ready for their wedding in separate locations.  They first laid eyes on each other at an agreed upon meeting place on one of Waiheke’s most stunning beaches, Onetangi beach – it was a lovely and touching moment.

They shared so many lovely and loving moments – it was delightful to watch them enjoy each others company.

I love this shot!

One of my favourite little locations close to Onetangi Beach…

Nicola’s flowers were created by Vicki from Wildflower.  The flowers Nicola chose for her bridesmaid to carry were just spectacular! (the rings are pretty stunning too, of course!)

Nicola and Neil had their beautiful ceremony in the cellar room at Mudbrick Vineyard here on Waiheke Island.

Mudbrick is a beautiful location to capture the last lovely rays of light…

Thanks Nicola and Neil for inviting us to be part of your special day. :)
